Do You Have a Brick and Mortar Store?

We are proud to be featured in select retailers across the United States. If you are based in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, Shop Wit & Delight will often participate in local pop-ups, follow us on Instagram, @shopwitanddelight, for upcoming pop-up events.

 

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

We can only ship to locations within the United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.

 

How long does it take to ship my stationery order?

Please allow 3-4 days for product processing and an additional 5-7 business days for shipping of items (prints and frames not included).

 

How long will it take for my frames and prints to ship?

Shipping for prints and frames can take between 3-4 weeks after purchase. You will receive an email once your order has shipped. For more information about frames please email hello@simplyframed.com

 

So, why don't you offer free shipping on all items? 

Good question. We are a small business, and at this time, we are not able to fully cover the costs associated with shipping. Right now, we do ask customers to pay a portion of shipping, and we cover the rest on the back end. As we grow and expand, we are hoping to be able to offer free shipping in the future. 

 

My package was stolen or lost. Now what? 

GAH! This is the worst. Before contacting us at hello@shopwitanddelight.com, please follow USPS Guidelines for filing a missing/lost package. After receiving confirmation of case number/claim, please send a communication with a copy (screenshot or attachment) of the missing/lost package claim. Wit & Delight will review cases on an individual basis and respond accordingly. 

 

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Returns are only accepted for new, unopened stationary items and must be returned within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund. If you wish to return an item please contact us with your order number and details regarding the stationary product you would like to return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item(s).

 

Do I have to pay to ship back my returns?

We cover the return shipping costs if the return was a result of a Shop Wit & Delight error (the product you received was incorrect or defective). Outside of that, you will be expected to pay for any return shipping charges.

 

Can I return my print and or frame?

Prints and Art are produced on demand for each order. Returns are not accepted on prints, artwork, frames or original art.

 

When can I expect to see my refund?

You can expect to see your total refund within four weeks of returning your order to Shop Wit & Delight however in many cases your refund will appear sooner.

 

Can I return Shop Wit & Delight merchandise I purchased at a Third-Party retailer?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from a third-party retailer or product that was purchased outside of the Shop Wit & Delight website (including pop-up events, and in-store sales). Please consult the specific retailer's return policy for additional details.

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal and Apple Pay

 

 

PRINTS

Why aren’t all of your prints available digitally?

Great question! Our print collection tapped into our "art" side, while digital prints are our "graphic" playful side. Have a question about customization or more about digital prints? Contact us.
