You may return new, unopened stationery items within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund. Please Contact Us immediately with your order number and details regarding the stationery product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return your item(s). We will also cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of a Shop Wit & Delight error (i.e. if you received an incorrect or defective item).
Prints and Art are produced for each order and we are not able to accept returns on prints, artwork or original art.
Expect to receive your total refund within four weeks of returning your order to Wit & Delight, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time it takes for your product to return to us (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return once we receive your product (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We can only ship to locations within the United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.
Once you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you select. Please allow 1-2 business days for product processing and an additional 5-7 businesses days for shipping.
Please note that the flat shipping rates on the items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
